
One day I didn’t want to run a mile outside with my mom, so I started to complain about “it hurts” or “I’m tired”.
Then when we finish the 1 mile we went to the sprinting hill, previously my sprinting record was 10.35. finally when before i ran I said to my self “let me do it” it felt so faster then usually.
Then boom I beat my record to 10.35 to 9.51. I learned that don’t listen to my mind if it says “No” or “I don’t want to do it” just don’t to it.
